On the shipments we purchase, Orientwings handles the steps involved in importing heavy industrial machinery from China. On shipments we purchase, the US entry is filed under our own US entity as the importer of record, with the customs bond in our name. On the Taiwan side, the export declaration is filed by our Taiwan company as the exporter.
